Biography

Dr. W. C. Tang, a Panel head of the Mathematics Department at Lock Tao Secondary School in Hong Kong, holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and has expertise in science and mathematics education for more than 30 years. With a rich academic background, including an BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, M.Ed. in Educational Management and Administration, PCEd, MSc in Applied Mathematics, MA in Sociology, MBA, MSc in Occupational Psychology, and MA in Special and Additional Learning Needs, Dr. Tang also worked as part-time lecturer at Institute of Vocational Education for 12 years and part-time tutor at the Hong Kong Metropolitan University for 15 years. He advocates for inclusive education and strives to create a classroom environment where all students feel valued and inspired to express themselves.
