Dr. Ngozi Adamma Paul-Okafor is a Director Medical Laboratory Services at one of the federal government medical centres in Abuja. She is a visionary leader with over two decades of distinguished experience. A dynamic trainer, gifted facilitator, and a mentor, she is known for her ability to craft and deliver insightful, analytical presentations that inspire action and growth. Dr. Ngozi gained her expertise through her roles as both the Professional/ Administrative Head of various sections within the department and also as a Director at one of the Federal Medical Centres in Nigeria. Her leadership style is engaging and results-focused, driven by her passion for empowering people—especially women and young professionals—to discover and maximize their potential. An accomplished team builder and motivator, Dr. Ngozi is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders by sharing practical skills in strategic leadership, Human resources management, risk and conflict management, Team building, occupational health and safety, continuing professional development and stakeholder engagement. Her dedication goes beyond the workplace as she consistently champions initiatives that encourage youth to invest in themselves, develop critical skills, and embrace lifelong learning. She earned an MSc in chemical pathology from Bayero University Kano. Also another MSc in Business Administration at Nasarawa State University Keffi and a Ph.D. in Business Administration, specializing in Management all from Nasarawa State University Keffi, Nigeria. Dr. Ngozi embodies resilience, integrity, and determination.
