Mahmoud Menyaoui is a scholar in management and entrepreneurship, currently affiliated with the University of Sousse, Tunisia. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of Sfax, where his doctoral research focused on organizational culture, intrapreneurial dynamics, and their implications for firm performance. He also earned a Research Master’s degree in Management from the Higher Institute of Management of Sousse, with a thesis on intrapreneurship and employment.
His research interests include intrapreneurship, organizational culture, digital transformation, innovation management, ESG orientation, and entrepreneurial ecosystems, particularly in emerging and developing economies. His work has been published in international peer-reviewed journals, and he is actively involved in several international research projects (Erasmus+), including TourVET, RAQMIYAT, and AIME, where he contributes mainly to qualitative analysis and field research.
Alongside his research activities, Mahmoud Menyaoui has extensive teaching experience in entrepreneurship, digital marketing, web analytics, and innovation management, and regularly participates in international conferences, doctoral consortia, and academic reviewing activities.
