Currently serving as Assistant Professor at DAV School of Business Management, he has led curriculum overhauls, mentored 200+ students, and designed experiential, case-based learning modules that enhance employability and critical thinking. His academic journey spans teaching, research leadership, and institutional development, complemented by prior corporate experience in HR operations and talent management. A Ph.D. scholar in HR Analytics, his research focuses on digital HR, leadership effectiveness, and self-efficacy.
