Francis Asare is a student-centered educator and emerging education researcher committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion through academic and career support. He specializes in early childhood, elementary, and special education, using evidence-based strategies to promote cognitive and social development. He holds a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Francis has served as a research and administrative assistant, journal reviewer, and classroom facilitator, contributing to improved student achievement, inclusive pedagogies, and scholarly publications. His research interests include social justice, inclusive education, curriculum development, early literacy, and interventions for learners with developmental disabilities.
