Fidelis Ifeanyi Okeke is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Umunze, Nigeria, with over 15 years of experience spanning academia, research, and the IT industry. He holds an M.Sc. in Computer Networking with Distinction from the University of Greenwich, London, and is currently pursuing a PhD specialized in Data Communication and Networks.
