Oluwaseun O. Ajayi is a Chemistry Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Georgia and an elected Full Member of Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Honor Society. Her research sits at the intersection of bioanalytical chemistry, structural biology, protein enzymology, glycobiology, computer-aided drug design, and laboratory automation. She builds analytical and computational workflows for glycans, glycoproteins, antibodies, and complex biological systems, with a focus on reproducibility and scalability. Her experimental background includes HPLC–Ion Mobility Mass Spectrometry, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, X-ray crystallography, cryo-electron microscopy, stopped-flow kinetics, NMR, Raman spectroscopy, FPLC, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Her computational work covers molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, MM/GBSA free-energy calculations, pharmacophore modeling, virtual screening, QSAR modeling, and ADMET predictions. She also has hands-on experience in laboratory automation, including robotic workcell integration, automated sample transport, high-throughput workflow development, and CAD-based design and 3D printing of laboratory components. Her work connects experimental chemistry, computational modeling, and laboratory engineering in studies of enzyme mechanisms and therapeutic discovery. She has served as an editor and peer reviewer for multiple international scientific journals since 2017.
