Richard Mata Visagas is an experienced education professional with a strong teaching background in the Philippines and Thailand. He is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) in the Philippines, having passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). He also holds a 5-Year Professional Teaching License from the Teachers’ Council of Thailand (Khurusapha), allowing him to teach in the Thai education system. With 14 years of teaching experience, he has taught at the primary, secondary, and tertiary levels, including 13 years of EFL instruction in Thailand and online teaching in university and secondary classes in the Philippines.
