Dr. Seema Devi is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at CDRJM, Butana, Sonipat, India, with more than eight years of teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA-H) from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, where she graduated with First Class and secured First Position, earning a Gold Medal in MBA (H). She further pursued a Master of Commerce (M.Com) from the same university, achieving the 16th position, and successfully completed her Ph.D. in Forensic Accounting in May 2023. Dr. Seema has qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Commerce twice (2016 and 2017) and has also completed a short-term certificate course in Forensic Accounting with an A grade. Her academic contributions include 20 research papers published in UGC Care-listed, peer-reviewed journals, 6 book chapters, and 2 authored books titled Forensic Accounting and Money Banking and Financial Markets, published by international and national publishing houses. She has presented 38 research papers at national and international seminars, participated in 10 workshops on Research Methodology, and completed 18 Faculty Development Programs, reflecting her dedication to continuous professional growth. In addition to her teaching and research, Dr. Seema has successfully reviewed 16 papers and book chapters for Web of Science indexed journals and serves as an active reviewer member for the Science Publishing Group (Science Journal of Business and Management – SJBM). Her excellence has been recognized with prestigious honors, including the Young Researcher Award from Scientific Laurels and the Excellence in Teaching Award at the International Business & Education Awards 2026.
