Dr. P. A. Oñal is a Philippine agriculturist, researcher, and educator specializing in sugarcane production, organic farming, bio-stimulants, agricultural extension, and management. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos, a Master’s in Public Administration from EARIST, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Management from Ifugao State University. A licensed agriculturist and TESDA-certified trainer and assessor, he has authored books and presented research on sustainable agriculture and sugarcane productivity in national and international conferences. His work promotes farmer education, innovation, and food sustainability in the Visayas region through extension services and applied agricultural research.
