Lt. (Dr.) Goutam Mondal is an Indian academician, researcher, and educator specializing in Educational Technology, Web-Based Learning, and ICT-integrated pedagogy. He currently serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at Sajaipuria College, where he has been teaching since 2014. He earned his Ph.D. in Education from Indira Gandhi National Open University and has developed strong academic expertise in AI in education, instructional design, and learner-centred teaching methodologies. Dr. Mondal has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals focusing on educational technology, web-based instructional strategies, open educational resources, and AI-supported teaching practices. He has also contributed scholarly book chapters on technology-enhanced learning and rural education.
