He previously held leadership roles as Business Department Chairperson and Program Coordinator, where he managed curriculum development, faculty supervision, and academic program implementation. He is actively involved in academic research, institutional development, and community extension services. His work includes serving as a panel member for undergraduate research defenses and contributing to faculty colloquia and institutional academic initiatives.
