CA Dr. Mala Dani is an accomplished academician, chartered accountant, researcher, and trainer with over 20 years of teaching experience in the fields of Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Law, and Management. She is currently serving as a full-time faculty member at GLS University since 2006. Holding qualifications including M.Com, M.Phil, CA, and Ph.D., Dr. Dani has contributed extensively to academia through the publication of more than 45 research papers in national and international journals and authorship of reference books for B.Com programs. She has also served as a faculty member for professional courses conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Apart from academics, Dr. Dani is recognized for her leadership, training, and excellence in education. She has conducted specialized training sessions for Income Tax officers and chaired technical sessions at international conferences. Her achievements include the International Women’s Excellence Award (2016), Gems of CA Profession Award by ICAI (2021), Outstanding Teaching Excellence Award (2024), and Excellence in Innovative Teaching and Learning Practices Award (2026). Beyond academics, she is also a national-level Karate Gold Medalist and an accomplished badminton and cricket player, showcasing her multidimensional excellence in both professional and extracurricular fields.
