Reynald Alfred G. Sy is a Licensed Professional Teacher and PhD candidate in Curriculum Studies with over a decade of experience in higher education, English language teaching, and teacher training. He currently serves at Far Eastern University – Cavite as Professor IV, where he has held key leadership roles including Department Chair of Teacher Education and Lifelong Learning and Program Coordinator for General Education and National Service Training Program. He also works as Associate Professor IV in the Graduate Studies Program at St. Paul University Manila and has previously served in teaching and advisory roles at Adamson University and Jose Rizal University. His expertise spans curriculum design, instructional innovation, educational leadership, and ESL/EFL instruction in both online and face-to-face settings.
