Dr. Radhika Kapila is an academician, trainer, and project consultant specializing in human resource management, organizational behavior, and social work. She holds a PhD in Social Work from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, along with an MBA in Human Resource Management and postgraduate diplomas in Business Management and Corporate Social Responsibility. Her academic and professional work bridges the fields of HR, management education, social welfare, and organizational development.She currently serves as an HR Consultant with Home & Industrial International Coatings and as a Lecturer in Management, Human Resources, and Organizational Behavior at Parul University. She has also taught at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and Navrachna University. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she has worked as a consultant and project coordinator on initiatives related to CSR, education, elderly wellbeing, ICT integration, and public sector development. Her research interests include virtual work environments, leadership, empathy, employee wellbeing, and stakeholder engagement. She has published scholarly work in journals and conferences focusing on transformational leadership, health and wellbeing in virtual work settings, and evolving workplace practices in a globalized environment.
