Dr. Shalahuddin is a Lektor and Head of the Master of Management Program at Universitas Borneo Tarakan (UBT), Indonesia. He holds advanced academic qualifications in Anthropology, Education Management, and Agroecology, and has extensive expertise in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Employee Performance, and Public Sector HRM. He is actively involved in national and international research projects, including government-funded grants focusing on ICT-based supervision, digital literacy, and inclusive economic empowerment.
His research portfolio includes publications in Scopus-indexed and international journals, covering topics such as e-training, leadership, organizational culture, and bibliometric analysis. He has also contributed to multiple collaborative research projects and academic publications in management and social sciences, with a strong focus on digital transformation in HR practices and public administration.
