Drawing from a robust background in institutional governance, strategic personnel management, and operational frameworks, Mr. Limama teaches specialized courses, provides dedicated academic counseling, and develops comprehensive instructional materials, including interactive, computer-aided manuals and workbooks. He plays a pivotal role in the institution’s growth by driving continuous curriculum updates, steering quality assurance metrics, and actively supporting institutional accreditation tasks. Prior to transitioning into higher education, Mr. Limama established a stellar track record in institutional management and public service operations. He served as an Administrative Officer II for the Department of Education (DepEd) Panabo Division, where he directed personnel administration, property custodianship, procurement workflows, and human resource management support under strict regulatory deadlines. An accomplished and independent researcher, he has received prominent regional decorations for his scholarship, including winning 2nd Place in the Paper-Basic Research Category at the 2024 Regional Research Congress and securing the Best Paper Presentation award at the 2nd Regional Research Congress. Trained in technical proposal writing, research methodologies, and public relations, Mr. Limama combines administrative accuracy with dynamic academic leadership to advance the field of public administration.
