Dr. Luningning Dela Cruz Viterbo is an accomplished educator, qualitative research scholar, and academic leader based in Kidapawan City, Philippines. She holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education in Religious Education from Notre Dame of Marbel University, followed by a Master of Arts in Values Education and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from the University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC) in Davao City, where she also served as the USSSG President. Dr. Viterbo serves as a part-time Research Professor at the UIC Graduate School, specializing in qualitative and mixed-methods research designs. Her published scholarship employs phenomenological approaches to examine the lived experiences of single parents, the occupational stress profiles of educators, and the transition of neophyte teachers into private secondary environments.
Complementing her university roles, Dr. Viterbo possesses significant expertise in international English as a Second Language (ESL) instructional design and human resource administration. She serves as both a Senior ESL Teacher and the Human Resource Administrator for the Sai Gon Learning Center in Vietnam, where she manages online tutorial frameworks and spearheads professional development training modules for corporate ESL staff. As an entrepreneurial educational leader, she is the founder and owner of the Shine Thompson Learning Center in Kidapawan City. Additionally, Dr. Viterbo acts as an international journal peer reviewer and contributes heavily to regional licensing success as a specialized Values Education reviewer and lecturer for the Carl E. Balita Review Center (CBRC).
