He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (securing second rank), a Master of Commerce from Sri Venkateswara University (securing fourth rank), an MBA and M.Phil from Alagappa University, a Master of Arts in Sociology from Kuvempu University, and earned his Ph.D. from Sri Krishnadevaraya University in 2010 with an outstanding first-class track record. Currently serving as a Professor and University-ratified Principal at Sri Balaji P.G. College (MBA), affiliated with JNTU Anantapur, Dr. Rao brings 14 years of top-tier institutional administration to his role.
