Dr. Soeb Md. Shoayeb Noman is an eminent economist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Uttara University, Bangladesh, where he also serves as the Director of the BBA Program (Head of the Department). He holds a foundational B.Sc. (Honours) and an M.Sc. in Economics, alongside an MBA in Finance and Banking from Jahangirnagar University, where he also completed his Ph.D. in Economics with a doctoral specialization in structural social health insurance schemes. Dr. Noman has been an administrative anchor for institutional development, serving as the Additional Director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and an active member of several Program Self-Assessment Committees.
