Dr. Manoj Kumar Sethi (OES-I) is an accomplished psychologist, educator, and academic administrator currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Maharaja Purna Chandra (MPC) Autonomous College in Takhatpur, Baripada, Odisha. A member of the prestigious Odisha Education Service, Dr. Sethi has built a distinguished career in higher education, previously delivering impactful service at Kuntala Kumari Sabat Women’s Degree College in Balasore and the Government Women’s College in Balangir. He holds a Master’s degree, an M.Phil., and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Utkal University, which laid the foundation for his rigorous scientific approach to human behavior. Beyond the classroom, Dr. Sethi is a central figure in higher education governance and quality assurance across Odisha.
