Dr. Jyoti is a Doctorate in Management and the Associate Professor Cum Principal In-Charge at the Institute of Science and Management in Ranchi, India. With over 13 years of cross-sector experience spanning higher education, agribusiness research, HR administration, and policy consultancy, she holds a Ph.D. in Management from ICFAI University, Jharkhand, along with advanced certifications in Leadership and Change Management from IIM Ranchi. Throughout her administrative career—including executive roles as Director at Crecimiento Services Pvt. Ltd. and HR Manager at Sandeep Seeds and Farms—Dr. Jyoti has spearheaded academic operations, institutional committees, staff orientation, and strategic business development while instructing BBA and MBA coursework.An accomplished researcher, author, and peer reviewer, Dr. Jyoti’s research agenda focuses on rural and tribal entrepreneurship, agricultural ICT implementation, rural women’s leadership, and sustainable socio-economic development. Her scholarly work includes peer-reviewed publications with Springer, award-winning case studies on government digitization schemes (such as MMKAY and Project PALASH), and multiple published books detailing tribal enterprise, leadership, and personal growth.
