Mr. N. Senthil Kumar, M.Com, MBA (Ph.D.), is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in the School of Management Studies at Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Sathyamangalam, Tamil Nadu. His areas of specialization are Finance and Marketing. He possesses 17 years of academic experience and 2 years of industry experience. He is the author of three textbooks titled Merchant Banking and Financial Services, Marketing Management, and Financial Markets and Institutions. He has filed and published six utility patents and one design patent. He has published three articles in Scopus-indexed journals and two articles in Web of Science-indexed journals, in addition to more than 30 research articles published in peer-reviewed journals. In addition to his teaching and research contributions, he is an active motivational trainer and has conducted numerous Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) and student motivation programmes across various educational institutions. He organized a National Conference with financial support from the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology (TNSCST). He has also generated consultancy revenue worth through collaborations with various institutions and industries. The Indian Academic Researchers Association honoured him with the Best Faculty Award. He is a Life Member of the Indian Academic Researchers Association, Tiruchirappalli, International Commerce and Management Association, and The Erode Consumer Protection Centre. Throughout his academic career, he has taught a wide range of subjects on multiple occasions, including Accounting for Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Merchant Banking and Financial Services, Brand Management, and other core management courses.
