Dr. Limuel P. Pavico is a Nigerian academic, researcher, entrepreneur, and higher-education administrator serving as Associate Professor V and Head of the Entrepreneurship Department at Tarlac State University, where he leads the BS Entrepreneurship program. He also serves as an accreditor for the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), contributing to quality assurance and academic standards in higher education. With more than two decades of experience in academia, he has developed expertise in Entrepreneurship Education, Business Management, Enterprise Development, Innovation, and Higher Education Administration. He is an indigene of Okwudor, Njaba Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria, and completed his primary education at St. Joseph Primary School, Tiko, Cameroon, followed by secondary education at Government Secondary School, Tiko, Cameroon, and Okwudor Secondary Technical School, Nigeria. He subsequently pursued his higher and postgraduate education at the University of Port Harcourt, Imo State University, Owerri, and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.Dr. Pavico is a Scopus-indexed researcher and published author whose scholarly work connects entrepreneurship, enterprise development, education, and community development.
