Dr. Muchanje is a seasoned educationist having taught in secondary school, Teacher Training College and now at the University. Currently, he is a senior lecturer in the department of Education Management, Policy and Curriculum Studies, Kenyatta University, Kenya. He holds a PhD in education administration and planning from University of Nairobi with interests in teacher professional development and leadership.
