Dr. Sam Stewart Mutabazi is a transportation planning expert with a PhD in Transportation Planning and over 12 years of experience. Currently a faculty member at the East & Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI), his research focuses on urban planning, development, and governance. He is also engaged in sustainable urban infrastructure, housing, climate change, and urban transportation.
