Educational Background The academic journey began at Siriwo Primary School in Siaya, Kenya, where the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) was attained in 2006 with a grade of B. Progressing to St. Marks Kagilo Mixed Secondary School, Siaya, the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) was earned in 2011 with a B+ grade. In 2012, enrollment at Pwani University in Kilifi, Kenya, marked the pursuit of higher education. A Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management was completed in 2016, achieving Second Class Honors. Further academic development occurred in 2021-2022 at the University of Eldoret, culminating in a Post Graduate Diploma in Education with a distinction. In parallel with formal education, technical skills were enhanced through short courses. A certificate in computer studies with a distinction was earned in 2013 at Divas Technology. In 2020, Modcom Institute of Science and Technology facilitated the completion of a course in Python Data Science and Machine Learning, leading to a certificate of completion. Currently, studies are ongoing at Mount Kenya University for a Master of Science in Hospitality Management, with progress at the thesis stage.

Biography
Ogweyo Peter Ogalo is a dedicated Hospitality and Tourism professional from Kenya. He holds a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from Mount Kenya University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Eldoret, and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Pwani University. With over 5 years of experience in training and research, Peter specializes in Food and Beverage Production, Culinary Arts, Sustainable Tourism, and Hospitality Policy. He currently works as a Food and Beverage Trainer at Baringo Technical College in Kabarnet, Kenya. Peter is passionate about sustainable tourism development and has been involved in various roles such as Research Development and Innovation Officer, Principal Investigator, and Department Head of Catering and Accommodation. He has also presented at conferences and authored research publications in recognized journals1. In his free time, Peter enjoys traveling, sports, and spiritual music.
