Hazlina Mohd Padil holds a Master of Laws Executive specialising in Business Law from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Law in Universiti Teknologi MARA, Negeri Sembilan Branch, Seremban Campus, Malaysia. She has ceased her practice from being an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Currently, she is a Fellow of the Governance Institute (MAICSA), a Chartered Secretary and a Chartered Governance Professional of the same institute. Her area of research expertise focuses on law especially Business Law, Corporate Law and Syariah Law. She also has done a lot of research on social science including data analysis using SmartPLS.
