Key Responsibilities:

• School Management: Overseeing the daily operations and management of educational programs, ensuring they meet the required standards for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Leading the monitoring and evaluation efforts to assess the impact and outcomes of educational initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and development.
• Strategic Planning: Working closely with local education authorities to develop and implement long-term strategies aimed at improving school systems and educational quality.
• Training & Capacity Building: Conducting training sessions for school administrators and staff to build their capacity in program implementation and evaluation processes.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Preparing detailed reports on the performance of education programs, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and future program development.
