Leviana Andrew is a dedicated lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Cawangan Sarawak, with a strong academic background in Office Systems Management. She holds a Master’s Degree in Office Systems Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field, with a minor in Human Resource Management. With nearly a decade of teaching experience, Leviana has taught various subjects that enrich students’ digital skills. She has also played a pivotal role as the Industrial Training Coordinator from 2016 to 2022, where she guided and assisted students in securing valuable internship placements, bridging academic knowledge with industry practices. Leviana’s research interests span digital transformation in office management, women’s empowerment in cooperatives, and the impact of ICT on business efficiency. She has contributed to numerous research publications, including studies on cooperative performance, service quality, and organizational productivity. Additionally, she has been involved in several consultancy projects, innovation competitions, and professional training initiatives. Through her involvement in ODLEAP, Leviana actively integrates open and distance learning (ODL) methodologies into her teaching practices, enhancing digital literacy and workforce readiness. She is committed to aligning ODL strategies with Industry 4.0 trends, fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that prepares students for the evolving job market. Beyond academia, Leviana has collaborated with various institutions as a technical advisor and consultant, further extending her impact in education and professional development. Her passion for teaching, research, and student mentorship underscores her commitment to academic excellence and lifelong learning.
