ZARMIE LIS REYES-BRIONES is a graduate of Doctor of Education in Development Education at Cebu Technological University- Main Campus, M.J. Cuenco Ave., Cebu City, Philippines. She completed her Bachelor of Education in English and Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) at Cebu Normal University. Currently, she is the Dean of the College of Education at CTU-Tuburan Campus. She is teaching English and Professional Education subjects. She has presented her dissertation in Hong Kong during the Comparative Education Society of Hong Kong (CESHK) 2014 Conference.
