Mr. K.G. Priyashantha is a senior lecturer attached to the Department of Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Management and Finance, in University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. He received his M.Sc. in International Management from the University of Agder in Kristiansand, Norway, Master’s in Labor Studies from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka and BBA in HRM from University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. His research and publication interests are in Gender Stereotypes Change, Work Family Conflicts, Disruptive HR Technologies and HR Functions. He has presented papers at conferences both home and abroad, published articles in various national and international journals, and contributed chapters to the books. He possesses over 15 years of teaching and research supervision experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In addition to that, he performs various roles as the Author, committee member, coordinator, reviewer at various platforms in Sri Lanka and Overseas. Moreover, He is a visiting academic for various national and international institutions.
