Idowu Oluyemisi MAJEBI is a University of Ibadan trained Ph.D. holder in Early Childhood Education. She is currently a lecturer in the Department of Early Childhood and Educational Foundations, Faculty of Education, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. She lectured in the Department of Primary Education, Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo, a teacher training institution before joining the University of Ibadan. She belongs to some professional bodies related to her field of study. As a budding scholar, she taught in nursery class for more than a decade and has some publications to her credit in her area of interest which have been published in peer-review journals. Her research interests include indigenous education/pedagogy, child rights and competences and capacity building.
