Dr Rosemary Guvhu is currently working at Midlands State University (MSU), Gweru Main Campus, Zimbabwe as a full-time lecturer and coordinator for postgraduate and undergraduate degree programmes and focal lecturer for emerging technologies and technological leadership in the Faculty of Education, Department of Policy Studies and Leadership. She has vast experience as an educator, instructional leader, Principal Marking Supervisor and trainer of examiners for English Language with the Zimbabwe Schools Examinations Council (ZIMSEC). She rose through the ranks as a school teacher and then principal in the Public Commission, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education before joining higher and tertiary institutions such as Zimbabwe Open University, Great Zimbabwe University and then MSU. She holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Education and Educational Management focusing on ICT integration into education, attained from the University of the Free State, South Africa. She actively participates in the Higher Degrees Committee, Editorial and Publications Committees at MSU. She was appointed as a Though Leader and Peer Reviewer for Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education (ZIMCHE). She reviews papers for local and international journals: such as The DYKE(MSU), Journal of African Education (JAE); Cypriot Journal of Educational Sciences (CJES), and International Journal of Research and Innovation in Social Sciences (IJRSS) ISSN. She authored and presented conference papers and book chapter focused on her research interests including: Comparative education and educational management, ICT, technology development and application in human resource management. She won the best paper award for ICBPIPS_2021: _International Conference on Business Practices and Innovations in Public Sector: E- Learning, E- Management, E- Business hosted by the Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology,in Rohini, New Dehli, India in May, 2021.
