My name is Agu, Everistus Ogadimma, and I am from Umunakara Isu in the Nwangele Local Government Area of Imo State in Nigeria’s South East. Currently, I work at the National Root Crops Research Institute in Umudike, Abia State, Nigeria, as an assistant chief administrative officer. I began my education at NRCRI Umudike staff school, where I received my First School Leaving Certificate in 1995, then transferred to Government College Umuahia for secondary school, then to Madonna University to study Business Administration, where I graduated with a second class upper division. My desire to grow led me to Nnamdi Azikiwe University for a Masters in Business Administration, and then to the University of Nigeria for a Ph.D. in Management in 2015. I am an Oracle certified associate, which has given me the opportunity to administer my employer’s data base as well as the second desk officer of IPPIS, the federal government’s salary payment platform.
