David Olorunsogo is a doctoral candidate in the Department of English, University of Ibadan. His research interests lie in pragmatics, discourse analysis and cultural studies. David has articles publications in local and international journals; his academic articles have appeared in Ghana Journal of Linguistics, Journal of English Scholars’ Association of Nigeria, and Ibadan Journal of Peace and Development.
