I am dedicated to Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) under the department of Wellness, Faculty of Hospitality, Tourism and Wellness as a senior lecturer.
I pursued a tertiary level of study at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi, by doing a Degree in Environmental Science, majoring in Environmental Biology, and graduating in 2008. I further my studies in Master of Community Health Science, with a sub-specialty in Environmental Health, in the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Cheras. In the year 2015, I furthered my studies into a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Science (Environmental Health) at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin and graduated in 2018.
I have written and published in peer reviewed journals, books and chapters in books. I am actively involved in teaching at undergraduate (Traditional and Complementary Medicine, Spa and Massage Therapy, Human Nutrition, Introduction to the Wellness Industry) and examinations as an examiner.
I have also served in various roles, including being the head of program and head of department at the wellness department. Currently, I am holding the position of head of the academic curriculum development unit.
