I am presently a senior lecturer with department of Business Administration, Achievers University, Owo, Ondo State, Nigeria. My areas of specialization are Human Resources Management, Marketing , Entrepreneurship and Finance. I teaches undergraduate and postgraduates courses, such as Quantitative Analysis, Huma Resources Management, Marketing and Financial Management. I am also a consultant to many firm in Nigeria with industry experience . I am currently the postgraduate coordinator of my department with strong innovative ideas. I have over thirty publications in reputable local and international journals. I have also presented papers in over ten international conferences in Nigeria and overseas to my credit. I am a professional member of Chartered Institutes of Personnel of Nigeria, National Institutes of Marketing of Nigeria and also Member, Chartered Human Resource Management Professional India and lots more.
