Dr.Gideon Kasivu is a senior Lecturer in Educational Administration in the Department of Educational Administration and Planning, School of Education,South Eastern Kenya University. Dr. Kasivu is a holder of a Bachelor of Education (Arts) degree, a Masters degree in Educational administration and Doctor of Education (Ed.D) in Educational Administration all from the University of Nairobi. He also holds two diplomas, one in Educational Management from Kenya Education Management Institute (KEMI). Dr.Kasivu is also a holder of distinguished scholarly certificates in Strengthening Doctoral Supervision from Rhodes University (South Africa) and Teacher Professional Certificate in Problem Based Learning from HAMME University of Applied Sciences (Finland). Dr Kasivu is polished scholar, a researcher and is widely published and has contributed in the development of university training modules. Dr Kasivu has many publications and has mentored many Post graduate students both at Masters and Doctorate levels.
