BRIEF PROFILE OF DR.NASIMA Dr.Nasima has completed her M.Com, M.B.A, M.Phil, Ph.D in Management Studies. She has specialized in Human resource and marketing and has completed her Ph.D as a full time scholar at Vels University, Chennai. She has served as a faculty in few Arts colleges in Department of Management Studies .With 5 years of Academic experience she has served the institutions by organizing National & International conferences ,management symposiums, Webinars, workshops etc. She has taken some institutional responsibilities in the institutions were she has served as a faculty Coordinator of Women’s Cell supporting activities relating to women empowerment. As students Association secretary of the department she has helped students in conducting association activities by strengthen the alumni of the department. She has presented papers in 15 national and international conferences and has published research articles in 15 referred journals including 6 Scopus indexed journals, 9 UGC care listed Journals and peer reviewed journals. She is the reviewer of few international Journals. She is presently working as an Assistant Professor, PG department of Human Resources Management, SDNB Vaishnav College for women, Chennai
