I am Dr A. A. Chahur. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Linguistics (BSU – Makurdi); a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE, UDU – Sokoto); a Master’s Degree (MA) in Linguistics (BSU – Makurdi); and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in English Language (NSU – Keffi), with special interest in Phonetics/Phonology, Grammar (Morphology & Syntax), Applied Linguistics, Sociolinguistics, Dialectology, and Multilingualism. I am a linguist and a teacher of English, with vast experience; I have taught the English language for many years at different schools and crammers, including Mewar International University, where I now render the same services to the generality of students.
