I am an interdisciplinary researcher at the intersection of urban development and human resource management, weaving insights from posthumanism, feminist literature, gender studies, sexuality and the concept of interspecies collaboration. With over fifteen years of experience in academia, research, and teaching, I hold a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Development Studies and Urbanisation from London South Bank University, as well as an MBA and an MSc in Arts & Science from ITMO University in Russia.
My research interests encompass posthumanism, teacher development, deconstruction, gender studies, sexuality, feminist Studies, interspeciesism, diversity, and inclusion. I have authored three research books and successfully presented my research in various academic and professional contexts. Beyond my academic endeavors, I’m also a social worker and a public speaker. I am the founder of Aura নৈসর্গিক, an organization dedicated to empowering Bangladeshi women and disadvantaged groups in society.
