I was born in 1965 in a small village called Kopkuli, Mangun in Mangu Local Government. I graduated from the University of Jos, Faculty of Law in 1996 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 1998. I worked with National Population Commission in 1991, Nigerian Mining Corporation and was a magistrate from 1991 to 2008. I was employed in the University of Jos from 2008 to date. I was promoted to the rank of a professor in 2010. Currently, I am a professor of criminal justice in the department of International Law and Jurisprudence University of Jos
