Ravy Voeun is an educator and researcher dedicated to advancing technical education and intercultural communication. He is currently the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Languages at Panha Chiet University and serves as the Vice-Head of Research and Development at SEAMEO TED.
