Baemedi Monthusi Kaisara is a seasoned educational leader and researcher in Botswana’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector. He currently serves as Principal of Okavango Brigades Centre, a public TVET institution under the Ministry of Education and Skills Development.
Mr. Kaisara is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Management with the University of South Africa. His doctoral research focuses on “The Instructional Leadership Practices of Principals and Their Impact on Graduation Rates: A Case of Selected Public TVET Colleges in Southern Botswana.”
He is the author of the peer-reviewed article “Status of Instructional Leadership Practices in Botswana’s Public TVET: A Case of Brigades in Southern Botswana” (Kaisara, 2024), which explores leadership dynamics and their implications for instructional quality in the public TVET landscape.
To date, Mr. Kaisara has reviewed eight scholarly manuscripts for various reputable journal publishers in the fields of Technical and Vocational Education and Training, Educational Management, and Educational Technologies. His expertise includes instructional leadership, curriculum development, assessment and moderation practices, and educational quality assurance.
Through both his academic and professional contributions, Mr. Kaisara continues to support the advancement of scholarly research and best practices in vocational education at national and regional levels.
