Angelo Ndayiragije is a dedicated development practitioner and statistician with a strong academic background and a deep commitment to refugee empowerment and community development. Originally from Burundi, he has been living in Rwanda as a refugee and has actively contributed to various humanitarian and development initiatives. Angelo holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics Applied to Economy (2016–2021) and a Master of Science in Taxation (2022–2024) from INES-Ruhengeri, Rwanda. His academic journey has been marked by a passion for data-driven decision-making and the application of statistical methods to solve real-world economic and social challenges. Professionally, Angelo currently serves as an Assistant in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) at Maison Shalom International, where he supports project implementation through data collection, analysis, and reporting. Previously, he volunteered as a Health Data Clerk at Save the Children International in Mahama Refugee Camp Hospital (2021–2022), where he played a key role in health data management and reporting for improved service delivery. Angelo is also engaged in entrepreneurial and community development work, having completed a program on Entrepreneurship for Rural Areas with Access Agriculture. His interests lie in refugee reintegration, inclusive economic development, and evidence-based policymaking. Through his education and experience, Angelo aspires to become a leading voice in using data and policy to foster sustainable development for marginalized populations across Africa.
