I am Dr. Hemant Kumar Watts, serving as Assistant Professor and Assistant Director (Training & Placement) at Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo, Punjab. I am associated with the Faculty of Management and Commerce, where I contribute to academic development, student mentorship, and strengthening industry-academia partnerships.My research interests include financial inclusion, banking, finance, artificial intelligence, economics, and statistics. I have authored more than 12 research papers published in reputed national and international journals and have presented over 15 research papers at international conferences.I am also the author of the following academic books: • Fundamentals of Management (co-authored with Poonam Arya, Kalyani Publishers) • Organisational Behaviour and Personality Development (for ICAR students) • Organisational Behaviour (designed for Punjabi University, Patiala)In recognition of my academic and research contributions, I have received several awards, including an Award of Honour at a national seminar on cooperatives for my insights into Punjab’s economic development.I continue to engage actively in research, curriculum design, and student-centric learning with a focus on practical and socially relevant outcomes.
