I hail from Achina in Aguata Local Government Area, Anambra state, Nigeria. I was born on the 6th of April, 1993 in a nuclear family setting. I have five (5) siblings inclusive of myself. My Dad died on 10th May, 2021 leaving behind my mum and my siblings.
I have pursued an extensive academic journey in Architecture, earning degrees that have positioned me as a scholar and expert in the field. I obtained a Ph.D. in Architecture (Architectural Landscape) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka between 2020 and 2024, graduating with a Final Cumulative Grade Point Average (FCGPA) of 4.12. Prior to that, I obtained an M.Sc. in Architecture from the same institution from 2015 to 2018, achieving an FCGPA of 4.06.
My undergraduate studies were also undertaken at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, where i obtained a B.Sc. in Architecture between 2011 and 2015, graduating with a Second-Class Upper Division. My early education was completed at Polytechnic Staff Science Secondary School, Nasarawa from 2004 to 2010, where i obtained the Senior School Certificate Examination (WAEC/NECO) and i was the overall best graduating student.
I have built a distinguished career in academia, specializing in Architectural studies. I currently serving as a Lecturer I in the Department of Architecture at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. My teaching career began as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Architecture, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, where he served from December 2019 to December 2020.
Through his academic contributions, research, and mentorship, I continue to influence the Architectural Landscape, fostering innovation and development in the field. His commitment to excellence and scholarly growth is evident in both his research and teaching engagements.
My research interests align with Urban resilience, Landscape integration in Modern Architecture, and adaptive Architectural solutions. Through my publications, i have significantly advanced discourse in these areas, influencing policy recommendations and architectural practices.
Beyond academia, i have engaged in several architectural design projects and consultancy roles. I have also been an active participant in academic conferences, symposiums, and workshops, both locally and internationally.
My dedication to Architectural education extends to mentoring students, postgraduate programme and professionals, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills for innovative design and environmental sustainability. I have an extensive experience, coupled with his academic leadership, continues to shape the future of architectural studies in Nigeria and beyond.
