Dr. Anas Afandi Ahmad Apandi holds a PhD in Transport and Logistics Law from UiTM, where he also completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in law. He gained industry experience as a Legal Executive at DRB-HICOM and advised various MNCs and GLCs on transport and commercial law. Currently a lecturer at Xiamen University Malaysia, he teaches constitutional and transport law while actively researching halal logistics, green freight, and legal compliance. His work bridges academia and industry, with publications on liability frameworks and digital supply chains. He also serves as a Legal Futurist and Chief Editor of Usahawan Nusantara Magazine.
