Dr. Pallavi Tyagi is an Assistant Professor, researcher, and Placement Head at the Centre for Management Development, Modinagar, affiliated with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. She holds a Ph.D. in the interdisciplinary field of Management and Buddhist Ethics and has extensive experience in business communication, human resource management, and ethical leadership. Her academic contributions include the publication of over 15 research papers, participation in national and international conferences, and active roles in institutional innovation and placements. She is also a certified TESOL professional and a member of the editorial board of a reputed business journal.
